Since the dawn of time, humans have used plants as a natural source for healing and remedies. Among these, medicinal herbs gained popularity due to their widespread use lack negative side effects. The globe has seen rise in plant study recent years, tonne data been gathered demonstrate enormous potential therapeutic employed many traditional systems. In this work, flower extracts Sphaeranthus indicus Spathodea campanulata from Madhya Pradesh region Bhopal were evaluated qualitative quantitative phytochemical composition. well-known test procedure described literature was determine analysis total phenolics flavonoids well various constituents. both included alkaloids, carbohydrates, saponins, fixed oils lipids, flavonoids, phenolics, according analyses. By using Folins Ciocalteau reagent method aluminium chloride method, respectively, phenolic flavonoid quantities analysed quantitatively. amount methanolic extract flowers 18.23±0.16 217.00±0.916mg/gm, respectively. Flavonoids came second with 164.10±0.52 79.33±3.511mg/gm. This research gave information that might be standardize correctly identify material. wide range phytochemicals found thus points its potentials, which could investigated medicine drug manufacturing business.
